Off Topic Discussion Shouldn't Appear in Latest Threads

Currently as it stands now I believe that the off topic section is doing more harm than good as it floods the latest threads that generally would promote a community discussion. Suggestions and general discussion are more important in terms of usefulness to the server as these threads are generally designed to help the server improve. Seeing the same off topic threads appear in the latest tab over and over again seems like a waste of space. I know people like these threads, but it essentially drowns out other threads that provide a higher utility.

However, with the forums activity the way it currently is, I don't think this change would help (or hurt) the activity.
