Permanent Toggle Hats Off- Skinner/Spy

Currently skinner and spy will both have their original team hat on. Which makes them effectively useless as people usually just look at hats rather than tag color anyways. Until a fix is made, the hats should be toggled off?

Apparently according to players that it doesn't matter if you have toggled hats on or off, hats are toggled on for them on their original team colors.

As a dedicated skinner player, it's not's very bushido of people just running at my non-obvious disguise and hitting me.

This bug is currently being looked into, which should solve the need for any band-aid fixes.

Update from Martoph that most of these should be fixed. The medic 'bug' would just have to be a feature
