Yesterday I made a fairly useless discovery - however I wanted to share just in case I wasn't the only one who didn't know this.
Basically if you are spectating, and you click the compass and the menu comes up with the remaining players, you can click on the diamond ore or the TnT block on the far left, and that teleports you to that team's bomb.
Could be useful for quicker transport from one side of the map to the other, rather than having to guess if any players are near the bomb if you wanna see what's poppin there
